Wholesale Account Application

Instructions & Information:

• TIn order to become eligible for a wholesale account with BirdSupplies.com, you must operate a business located in the United States that caters to parrot-related services such as an avian veterinarian, an exotic bird store, or a parrot rescue. A business license or resale number is required. Should you have any questions or doubts concerning your eligibility for an account, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
  
  
• To apply for a wholesale account, or to activate your existing wholesale account for online ordering, please fill out and submit the form found here. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  
  
• Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address so that we can notify you once your account has been approved and activated.
  
  
• We require that your first wholesale order be for a minimum of $300. There is no minimum order requirement on subsequent orders.
  
  
• Sales tax will be charged on all orders unless we have your a copy of Sales Tax License on file. For instructions on how to place your number on file with us, please see here.

Please Note: After filling out the application you will be able to log into your account and edit any details you have provided. However, you will not be able to access wholesale information, such as wholesale pricing, until you receive an email stating that your wholesale account has been ACTIVATED.
