At first, I got one and it didn't work fine. I contacted the customer service and they replaced it right away for me. The new one is working very well
I have one concern which is that the magnet provided with it for the mobile has to be added on the cover and not on the mobile because it is a small magnetic ring. I recommend that they convert it into a strong spherical magnet so that once can attach the magnet to the mobile instead of the cover
This will allow us to attach another product on the cover which we can't do right now
